A convenience fee for using credit cards is paid to the vendor supplying the service. The fee is 3.5% rounded to the next whole dollar. There is no fee for E checking. You must have your POA account number to process this payment.

GENERAL MANAGER, LAKE ROYALE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION Qualified candidate needed to manage large gated community in Franklin County, NC. Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the LRPOA, with support to administrative, financial, maintenance, and company police. Ability to interface with local & state officials, property owners and several Committees within LRPOA is necessary. Candidates should have: strong leadership skills, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills, basic computer skills, working knowledge of environmental regulations and laws concerning housing and community affairs. Required qualifications: five years of relevant experience, CMCA Certification. PCAM, ASM desirable. This position reports to the Lake Royale Board of Directors and will be compensated based on experience and education.
